I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who works from a strengths perspective and helps adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationships, loss, addiction and recovery, and personal growth. Basically, I help them create balance, be their authentic selves, and get back in the driver’s seat of their lives. I serve individuals. All clients are welcome.
In weekly sessions, we focus on many challenges of life: anxiety, fear, anger, frustration, trauma, identity, resentment, relationship problems, sexuality, sexual identity/orientation, everyday stress, weak communication skills, parenting, lack of motivation, job dissatisfaction, grief, depression, disappointment and a dissatisfaction with life to name a few.
Real change happens by means of: growing strengths, ensuring self-care, increasing mindfulness, developing distress tolerance and coping skills, healing the past, getting who you really are, trying on new perspectives, communication skills, increasing self-esteem, developing social skills, creating healthy boundaries, healing from break-ups, choosing healthy relationships, maintaining relationships, co-parent team building, discovering your passions, reinventing yourself, choosing satisfying careers and living a life you love.

Insurance / self-pay
Although I am recognized as a national provider for all major health insurance companies, I am an out-of-network provider. Clients pay for sessions in full and upon request are provided a monthly invoice with dates of service, fees and the proper medical codes needed for you to submit your insurance claims.
If you choose to use insurance, you will submit the invoice to your insurance company in order to be reimbursed a portion of the session fee. The amount you receive is different for each provider and individual plan. If you want to know exactly what amount you would expect to be reimbursed, you would call your customer service for your provider. All policies, rates, and deductibles are different.
Self-pay is also accepted.
Fees / payment
My fee for a session (50 minutes) is $150 and is due at the time of service. If affordability is a concern, let’s talk about that. Payment is required to confirm your initial session via credit or debit card.
